There is no upfront cost to work with us. Our fees are collected on the back end after the hiring process is completed with one of our candidates.

NPPS is a Non-Exclusive agency.

You can continue to use your other recruiting resources, even other agencies if you choose.

NPPS offers replacement guarantees.

Our standard guarantee is for 30 days after start. If the candidate resigns, NPPS will replace the individual for no additional fee.
